Elytra panels are composed of core material and skins, bonded together to form a ‘sandwich'. The materials and thicknesses are carefully selected to meet your requirements. Meticulous design enables our panels to display optimal mechanical properties that outperform monolithic materials.

Elytra has developed expertise in processing a wide variety of core and skin materials. Based on the product's properties and cost targets, we select the materials carefully to find the right balance between cost and performance. We call this ‘smart materials selection'.
