Customer value drivers: Flatness, stability and weight
Accomplishment:
Elytra introduced a new panel for white board applications based on its Elylite Steel technology. The boards offer a superior quality writing surface with outstanding surface flatness. The use of Elytra’s lightweight know how results in a total panel weight of 5.2 kg/m˛ compared to 10.6 kg/m˛ for conventional chipboard based solutions, or a reduction of over 50%. Compared to paperhoneycomb based lightweight solutions the Elytra products offer better overall flatness and a higher stability under high temperature and high humidity conditions.
